Just returned from a 3 night stay at this superb hotel.
Everything from location, decor, facilities & food are top notch ( 5* )

Above & beyond all of our expectations, including a gust complimentary cafe
between 12:00 - 19:00 p.m. and happy hour between 17 : 00 & 19:00 when Prosecco
is on the house !!! - Never seen either of the above before.
The hotel was fastidiously clean and the client care was second to none.
A big thanks to everyone client facing and behind the scenes, who made this break 5 Star in the true sense of the word. !!!

Lucca train station is very close by and an easy walk from the hotel to go exploring on the fantastic Italian rail system. Getting to Pisa airport was very easy on the train and people mover tram from Pisa central.

Absolutely fantastic stay at this fabulous hotel. We were in a double superior room and in the old historic towers which was just up the street from it.
The room was really modern, great facilities.
The hotel provided a free buffet from 12pm with free prosecco from 5pm to 7pm. Such an amazing service and met some great people.
The staff in the hotel were so accommodating, went out of their way to help.
Breakfast was decent, good selection of food, again staff great.
Could not fault this hotel. Lucca is such a lovely place and we would definitely come back but only if we could get the same hotel.

Spent two nights here. It is walkable from the train station. Fantastic staff and the rooms are good-sized ???American size??? and as comfortable as any I???ve ever stayed in. Large bathroom, too, with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the area (they showed me the shortcut to the train station over the wall). In the evening, treat yourself to a free prosecco or beer courtesy of the hotel. Nice atmosphere. It has a lift to the upper floors. The breakfast was great: scrambled eggs, bacon, cheeses, meats, toast, hard-boiled eggs, cereals, yogurt, fruit, etc. They have an espresso machine and the staff will make you whatever you desire with your breakfast.
