Learn with a professional and charismatic chefs how to cook a delicious Tuscan meal in the heart of Florence.
Start your experience off with a guided trip to the Central Market, where the chef will introduce you to fresh, seasonal ingredients. A stop by the butcher to pick up ingredients for your meal, a stroll through the various stands of cheeses, pasta, pastries and so much more. After sampling a variety of typical Italian delights- olive oils, truffles and more, return with your chef to the culinary school to dive into to a fun, interactive cooking experience, creating classic seasonal dishes such as fresh tagliatelle with Bolognese sauce, ravioli with the freshest tomato sauce and finishing with an Italian favourite, tiramisu. Enjoy the fruits of your labour along with a local produced Chianti wine and good company.
At the end of your experience a digital recipe booklet will be provided so that you will be able to recreate your favourite dishes from the class adding your own personal twists for your friends and family to enjoy!
