Holidays at the Forte Village resort are filled with a fantastic choice of activities and entertainment that promises to please the whole family.
Tennis Club
The Forte Village tennis club has an impressive 13 courts: 1 Synthetic Clay, 12 Natural Clay plus 3 Paddle Tennis Court where you can play during the day or at night with the floodlights. There are also one-to-one and group tennis lessons available as well as superior rackets to hire (approx. 10 euros per hour), a stringing service, and a specialist Babolat and Lotto store on-site.
Essential Information: Tennis courts are available to hire from 40 euros for 45 minutes. Lessons are available from approximately 80 euros per adult.
Opening hours: 9am - 12.30pm and 3pm - 7pm.
Football and Mini-Football
The pitches at the Forte Village Resort consist of 1 full sized grass pitch, plus 2 synthetic seven-a-side grass pitch. These pitches are of great quality and have hosted games including InterMilan v Roma and the England and German national squads.
Watersports
With its crystal-clear waters and rock-free seabed, the beach at the Forte Village Resort is an ideal spot for most watersports. There's a boathouse on the beach where you can rent pedalos, canoes, dinghies and catamarans. For thrill-seekers there is also windsurfing, waterskiing and sailing.
The Forte Village Resort also has a PADI scuba diving centre where you can gain your certification whilst exploring the varied sea life of Sardinia. Amongst the beautiful coral you will spot octopus, clownfish, giant groupers and moray eels.
Cycling
Forte Village is the perfect place to hire a bike with a variety of cycle paths that wind their way around the beautiful grounds. Through pine groves, secret gardens and pathways with panoramic views the resort is the perfect setting to explore, and with no vehicles permitted children can ride in safety and enjoy the scenery.
Bicycles can be hired from reception with the price of a child's bike starting from 15 euros per day, and 25 euros per day for an adult.
Fitness Classes
The gym at Forte Village is free to use and a personal trainer is also available for an extra charge.
A range of fitness classes including Pilates and Aquagym are available during your stay. A personal trainer is also available for Pilates classes which starts from 105 euro for 50 minutes. For those that don't want to leave the water, Aquagym is the perfect solution. Daily classes take place at the Oasis pool throughout July and August.
