With 60 million olive trees sweeping across the region of Puglia it’s unsurprising that 40% of Italy’s olive oil is produced here. Characterized by their gnarled tree trunks these historic and beautiful trees can date back nearly 3000 years.
On this tasting you get the opportunity to visit an olive oil farm run by the D’amico family who have been producing olive oil here for four generations. You’ll get to hear about the process of making the oil from an expert who is passionate about his product before sampling different varieties of olive oil.
