Created in 1763, Bicerin is the famous drink of Turin. A mix of chocolate, coffee and cream, its taste is described as bittersweet, and is the perfect beverage to enjoy whilst taking a break from exploring Turin. The drink was first served in the Al Bicerin cafe, which opened in 1763 and still exists today. Although a small space, it retains the charm and character of when it first opened over 200 years ago, and claims it's the only cafe to serve a truly authentic Bicerin in Turin.
