About the location
As Italy’s fourth largest city, Turin has an impressive backdrop of the Italian Alps and is the capital of the Piedmont – a region famous for its gastronomy. Blessed with a rich architectural heritage from its baroque period, including fascinating churches and elegant palazzo, Turin also showcases more contemporary structures amid its 11 miles of arcades to explore - with a vibrant cultural scene. It is home to Italy’s car industry, its first cinema, the slow food movement and world-class museums, leaving you spoilt choice when arriving in this charming city. Though, the beauty of Turin comes from its relaxed nature, with beautiful piazzas to discover and a plethora of specialities to try. Its world-class wines, celebrated chocolate creations and the hearty dishes which have awarded Turin its much-admired gastromic status will inevitably leave you planning your next return.

Great hotel, highly recommendablel! Staff is very professional, friendly and highly efficient. Breakfast and meals are very good. I liked very much the parfumes set included in the room and the cleanliness of the room is remarkable. Its location is fabulous, very close to the center and stores. Definitely is included in my list of best hotels being ever.

We stayed here the weekend of the TFF, what a great choice. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and made to feel nothing was too much trouble. The room was perfectly clean and everything you needed. The breakfast was well laid out and plenty of choice with great quality (my only comment is that somethings on the menu such as an omelette cost more, not a problem but surprised not a standard option). The spa which we used one afternoon to relax was just right, happy smiling people. The bar which we used a few times has a great selection of drinks including a couple os specials after the tennis: the barman needs a special mention as his knowledge and service was impeccable: well done Stefano. Overall this is a great hotel, central for shopping, eating and generally getting around Turin.

Everything about this hotel was fabulous. The service was exceptional. We were upgraded to a jr. suite upon our arrival. The staff was able to book our Turin tourist pass and offered great recommendations. We were given a late check-out that fit in with our plans nicely. The breakfast buffet that was included in our stay was delicious and had so many offerings, including wonderful local cheese and meats, pastries, and fruits, along with American offerings of eggs and bacon. It even offered a Sicilian granita and brioche bar. Our room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The location was perfect - close enough to the train station and in walking distance to museums. It rained for most of our stay, but it did not hamper our visit to Torino!

Great location with large rooms and a nice breakfast in the morning. The welcome gifts were so appreciated in our suite. The gym is a bit small but there is a Virgin fitness four minutes away that does allow visitors. A nice stay but would not put this in the same category as other five star hotels across Italy (we’ve been spoiled by some of the best in the world). It’s solid and decent - but not exceptional. I’d recommend it regardless.

This was one wonderful place. It was luxurious without being ostentatious. It was beautifully decorated and elegant. The service was superb and the facilities were first class. The front desk and staff were very pleasant. Everything was easy. Our room was spacious yet cozy and comfortable and clean. The views were superb and the windows opened onto a quiet pedestrian street. The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows.
Even though the big auto show was going on, we never felt rushed, cramped, or crowded.
