La Scala Theatre is one of the most famous theatres in the world. Dating back to the 18th century this beautiful theatre showcases incredible design and with its own museum you get to understand the history behind it.
Displaying beautiful costumes as well as musical instruments the theatre museum takes you back through the years so you can see the many aspects that go into a theatre performance. On this walking tour you’ll be accompanied by a professional guide who will take you around the museum before taking you to the theatre itself. Upon entering you’ll be able to stand in one of the boxes and admire its beautiful opulence including the magnificent central chandelier. While walking through the theatre and museum, you will have the opportunity to see how much work involves producing an opera in this famous place, where some of the best singers in the world have performed for more than 200 years.
