Located on the banks of Lake Frassino within 17 acres of nature reserve, and just three kilometers from the centre of Peschiera del Garda (not walkable).
Le Ali del Frassino offers guests the opportunity to stay in a natural oasis close to nature and to the beaches of Lake Garda with a free shuttle service which operates three times per day. The resort is surrounded by rolling hills, olive groves and vineyards which produce the finest Lugana wine, making it perfect for cycle and food and wine routes.
The hotel consists of six buildings; the lovingly restored 20th century Villa Liberty, the original lemon houses (Le Limonaie) and the annex buildings; Fienile and Cascina, and the new Belvedere and reception building complete the resort. All the guest rooms are unique and have been individually styled depending on which building they are located.
In the centre of the resort you will find the main villa (Villa Liberty) which houses one of the two restaurants; the main restaurant 'Ardea Purpurea' is set in a large conservatory with bi-folding doors and stunning views over the lake, and the second restaurant is located near to the swimming pool and has a small terrace.
Natural paths lead out from Villa Liberty to the lodges and the two bio-design swimming pools, whirlpool and children's pool. These swimming pools are arranged over two levels and have an elevated position with spectacular views of the lake. You will also find a wellness centre which includes saunas, Turkish baths, emotional showers and relaxation and massage areas which are payable locally, there is also a fitness trail.

Named after the elegant purple heron which lives in the Lake Frassino nature reserve and is dipicted in the beautiful wall decorations, this is the main restaurant and is located in the 20th century Villa Liberty. The elegant and spacious dining room, which is suspended over the waters of the lake, has a sophisticated menu incorporating the finest seasonal produce which is sourced locally.
Guests are greeted by a delicious buffet breakfast each day, surrounded by breathtaking scenery; stone-ground flour, sourdough, and organic and local products are used in a rich assortment of savoury and sweet options and there is also a selection of gluten-free foods.
Given the importance of the local wine-making industry, the restaurant staff are happy to recommend excellent wines to accompany the various dishes on offer. Guests dining on half board will have a three course dinner chosen from the menu of the day.

Located near to the swimming pool, the relaxed Il Tuffetto Bar & grill is the second restaurant in the resort and is also inspired by a local bird, the dabchick. Chilled cocktails, fresh fruit and vegetable juices, mouth-watering grilled dishes and sandwiches are served on the patio or by the edge of the pool.
The infinity pool is a new addition to the hotel and has stunning views over Lake Frassino.
