In this cooking class you will have the chance to learn how to make homemade pasta or risotto. You will start the experience with a shopping tour of fresh ingredients that you're going to use for creating your dishes.
After gathering all the ingredients from the traditional local shops, the chef is going to guide you through all the secrets of the art of making pasta, like gnocchi, tagliatelle, ravioli or delicious risotto.
You will also have the chance to not only make homemade pasta and sauce but also enjoy a wine tasting of two regional wines from Lake Garda.
Prices: From £270 per couple (depending on resort)
Operates: Monday to Sunday. Gnocchi and tagliatelle on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and risotto and ravioli on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
