Pauline Borghese Gourmet Restaurant

Dress Code: Gentlemen are required to wear long trousers in the evening. 

This enchanting restaurant takes its name from the beautiful Canova statue in the nearby Galleria Borghese. Overlooking the Italian style garden, it serves traditional Italian cuisine with a contemporary twist, accompanied by a list of fine wines.
