Feel like a true Italian and learn to make the ultimate Italian dish! 

Head to Tirabusciò cooking school at 10:30am where you’ll begin your culinary adventure in the hills of Sorrento. You’ll be kitted out with an apron and headwear before working on your masterpiece. You’ll start with fresh, raw ingredients and be taught by a true Pizzaiolo who will teach you to make the sauce that’ll form the base of the pizza before making the dough. If you’re feeling particular confident you may try and throw the dough - a traditional technique that is said to stop the dough from tearing. Once your base is ready you’ll add the sauce and fresh mozzarella, at the end you’ll have a true Neapolitan pizza – which are said to be the best in Italy! All accompanied with a soft drink or glass of wine or beer.
