Upscale clothes shops and and more cafes than you could ever visit populate the tiny, winding streets, creating a shopper’s paradise just waiting to be explored. At the centre of the action is Via Camerelle – a stunningly pretty street full of petite clothes shops, each adorned with vintage canopies and colourful flowers. Despite the quaint setting, you’ll find some of the biggest names in fashion here, including Gucci and Dolce & Gabbana.
If you want to shop ‘til you drop then be sure to come prepared, as designer labels mean designer prices. It can be just as fun window shopping however, and mingling with glamorous locals in a sun-dappled cafe afterwards is a universal treat that can be enjoyed regardless of your budget.
