Located in the UNESCO World Heritage site of Sassi di Matera, the Sextantio Le Grotte Della Civita offers 18 cave dwellings, carefully furnished to offer a unique experience to guests wishing to stay in this unusual setting. The Sassi of Matera has been a world heritage site since 1993 and is considered an expression of an ancient life. The whole property is in the oldest part of the Sassi, the Civita. Guests can admire the dramatic views of the Murgia Park and its rock churches.
