1. What was your most memorable holiday meal?
The food on the Venice Simplon Orient Express is just incredible. Everything from the moment you arrive is simply spectacular. The service, food, everything is just amazing.
2. What is the best thing about being in Italy?
Enjoying the traditional Italian way of life and savouring life as an Italian.
3. Where would you love to go next, and why?
Lake Como, it’s the only place I haven’t been in Italy. All the pictures I’ve seen, it truly looks so picturesque. Plus, I would love to meet George Clooney, who wouldn’t?
4. Do you prefer visiting cities, coast or countryside, and why?
I love the little city breaks; my next will be Florence. My ideal holiday is combining Venice, Florence and Rome with Sicily or Sardinia.
